  2. What software applications or programs do you support?
    Ask us about your particular needs. With over twenty years in the industry, we have a wide range of experience with hundreds of common and proprietary software applications. If we are insufficiently familiar with a program, we will tell you, refer you to someone, or suggest alternative approaches to solve the issue. For example, we can also work closely with any software and hardware vendor to be their "professional eyes on the scene" to effect a solution!
  3. Can I drop off my computer equipment at your shop for service?
    Sorry, no. We come to you first to make sure the equipment is properly installed and configured. The problem may have a simple solution. We make housecalls so you avoid the hassle of disconnecting all the cords, cables and accessories and traveling across town.
